Do I need a referral to see a podiatrist?
No referral is needed for private patients. If you’re claiming under Medicare (CDM plan), a GP referral is required.
Does Medicare cover podiatry appointments?
A referral in Australia is more often referred to as an EPC (Enhanced primary care
plan) not a CDM + we can process your claim for a Medicare rebate in clinic – Leave
out the “on the spot” as we prefer to do the overnight claiming its easier for us
Do you accept private health insurance?
Yes! We have HICAPS available for on-the-spot claims. You’ll just need to pay the gap.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Please bring the following:

How long is an appointment?
Appointments typically run for 30 minutes. Initial consultations may take longer depending on your needs.
Do you offer orthotics?
Yes – we create custom orthotics after a full assessment and 3D foot scan. We also offer off-the-shelf orthotics..
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. A fee may apply for late cancellations or missed appointments.
